About
Currently, Dr. Unnikrishnan Sivan is serving as the Head in charge of the Faculty of Fisheries Engineering. Before moving back to India, Dr. Unnikrishnan served as a postdoctoral researcher at the; 1. University of Oxford, UK (January 2019- May 2021) and 2. Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm, Sweden. (June 2014-December 2018). Dr. Unnikrishnan successfully completed his Ph.D. (March 2014) in Biotechnology from Sree Chitra Tirunal Institute for Medical Sciences and Technology, Trivandrum. Dr. Unnikrishnan is holding a Re-entry Fellowship and research funding from the Department of Health Research Government of India to start a research group in India.
