NCC
The National Cadet Corps (NCC) is the premier youth organization in India, aimed at fostering discipline, leadership, patriotism, and a sense of national service among students. Established in 1948, NCC operates under the Ministry of Defence and integrates military training with character-building initiatives. The NCC Unit of KUFOS is an integral part of the university’s efforts to cultivate leadership, discipline, and patriotism among its students. Operating under the 7(K) Naval NCC Unit, the KUFOS NCC aims to shape its cadets into responsible citizens who contribute positively to the nation and the environment. The NCC cadets at KUFOS actively engage in a variety of activities that promote discipline, patriotism, community service, and personal development. These activities align with the core objectives of the NCC while reflecting the values of KUFOS. Dr. Anoop K.K. is currently holding the position of Care Taker Officer (CTO) of the 7 K Naval NCC unit at KUFOS.
